Hey, y’all! Happy Monday and Happy 2022!

I’m here to give you your market update for December 27th through January 2nd. 

I hope everyone had a safe and happy New Year and I hope everyone is staying healthy from the Rona!

Last week we saw an uptick in listings which is good news for those on the hunt for a new home. I predict we will continue to see those listing numbers rise as we get further into the month and farther away from the holiday season. 

We’re currently sitting at 1,325 current listings and 1,854 current pending and active under contracts.

Rounding out 2021, the average home price was up 9.2% compared to 2020 and I’m anxious to see what this year will bring to those numbers. 

Average number of days on market is still 21 which means homes are still selling super fast.
