Wrapping up my first year as a licensed Realtor and honestly, I couldn’t be more proud of the year that I’ve had. When I first got my license last February I had no idea where my business was going to come from, who was going to trust me, a new agent to help them find a new home or sell their current home, and how I was going to make it all work but somehow the stars aligned and we did it y’all!
As of last week, I’ve sold 14 homes and over 3 Million dollars in real estate properties. Y’all, that’s crazy for my first year! I never would have imagined that I would have closed that many homes my first 12 months in but thanks to you, your referrals, your confidence in me, and my ability to take care of each of you, we made it happen!
As I go into my second year, my primary focus is helping people love where they live. I know the market is crazy right now, but there are homes available and with some good negotiating skills, buying a home in today’s market is totally doable. Look, I don’t do this all on my own y’all. I am backed by an amazing brokerage, Homepage Realty with 140+ agents that are all willing to help and give advice and tips where needed. So even though I’m just a year in, think of all those agents at Homepage and their experience and years as licensed agents and just know that I have them on my side to help when things potentially get tricky in this market!
My goal is to be 100% referral-based in 2022. I want you all to trust me with the people who love, know, and trust you. I want you to feel confident referring your family and friends to me and know that I will take great care of them before, during, and after we hit the closing table.
With that being said, I’m NEVER too busy for your referrals. So please keep me in mind when your loved ones are talking about buying or selling this year. I could NOT do any of this without your support.
